Pivot CM began in 2004 with one project and one principle: do what you say you will do. spent years watching construction projects fail due to poor communication, reactive management, and tolerance for substandard work. He built Pivot CM to be the alternative—a firm where accountability is structural, not aspirational. We started in residential renovation. Today we manage projects ranging from $500,000 heritage restorations to $15 million commercial builds. The scale changed. The standard did not. We have never advertised.
