One Academy Etobicoke represents the future of functional fitness facilities. Pivot CM delivered a complete commercial build-out transforming raw industrial space into a high-performance training environment that embodies the brand’s “Stronger As One” philosophy.

The project demanded precision coordination of specialized flooring systems, exposed mechanical integration, and seamless glass architecture—all while maintaining the raw, industrial aesthetic that defines modern athletic facilities.

One Academy required a facility that could withstand intensive daily use while maintaining a premium aesthetic. The design called for exposed industrial elements—ductwork, conduit, structural elements—balanced with refined finishes and specialized athletic surfaces.
